Fifteen-year-old German boy sentenced to four years in prison for planning an attack by Islamic extremists on a Christmas market in Leverkusen. The State Court in Cologne announced that the teenager was convicted of conspiracy to murder and disturbing public peace by threatening crimes. The trial was held behind closed doors under juvenile law, and the accused’s name was not disclosed in accordance with German privacy laws.
